Available for purchase are these two (2) exceptionally rare and beautiful World War 2 military propaganda posters depicting Adolf Hitler as a monkey with Uncle Sam as the organ grinder. Accompanying Uncle Sam is John Bull of the U.K.; Joseph Stalin of the U.S.S.R. and Chaing Kai-Shek of the Republic of China laughing at Hitler and Chaing Kai-Shek tosses him coins. The U.S. Capitol is in the Foreground.
Price is for Each Poster and Not for Both Posters.
The posters retain their vibrant Red, White and Blue stripes and the paper is in very fine condition with yellowing only outside of the Red stripe. I am surprised how well the colors have held up and it`s vibrancy after 78 years. As mentioned under condition, one of the posters shows a very little hole in the center where it was folded twice but in a frame and matted it will not be noticed at all.
