Taste and Odor Removal Filter 1.0 cuft active media:
Tank Connections are Lead Free USEPA, NSF 61 Certified Garden Hose Connections.
This filter is designed to remove chlorine from municipal drinking water and to remove several of the offensive tastes associated with some well waters; though,
not
the rotten egg smell and taste associated with Hydrogen Sulfide. Typically the unit will treat the water used by two people for a single year.
The filter is 8” by
44” with 1.0 cubic foot or over 27.5 pounds of Coconut Grade carbon. The connections are ¾” male garden hose Lead Free nylon connects for easy placement and removal of the tank.
Requires no electricity and there are no moving parts.
The unit can be shipped back to HydroTec for reloading once the media is depleted.
Tank color can be Blue, Black or Straw depending on
availability
