    This is an authentic WWII era poster with a copyright date of 1942. It is not a recent reproduction. Titled "A Careless word... A needless sinking." image of a torpedoed ship burns in the background as exhausted, wounded sailors row away in life raft. By artist Anton Otto Fisher his printed name on poster. Printed by the Office of War Information and poster number #24. Very colorful and dramatic. Measures about 22 x 28 inches. In great condition, has some slight nicks around the edge, and a couple of small holes on the creases. Please check the photos for the minor wear and tear. Otherwise great condition for a poster from 1942!
