    Dollhouse Miniature Graniteware Canner w/ Thermometer, Jar Rack, & Peach Filled Jars 1:12 scale
    This little metal canner is a wonderful miniature.  It is a vintage yellow with green rims and handles, and it looks just like a vintage graniteware piece your grandmother might have used.  It has a metal thermometer that fits through an opening in the lid.  (The thermometer is not removable.) The canner measures 1 3/8" in diameter, 1 3/4" to the top of the handle, and 2 1/4" to the top of the thermometer.  The lid lifts off and inside you will find a metal jar rack that can be lifted out.  The jar rack holds 4 glass jars, each sealed with a glass lid and red rubber gasket. Each jar is filled with sliced peaches.  The jars are attached to the rack and will not come off.  The absolutely remarkable detail on this piece will amaze you.  The canner itself has even been carefully distressed to resemble the wear your grandma's real one accumulated through repeated use. Some extra canning jars, recipe cards, and labels will be included with this item. I purchased this years ago, but never displayed it, so the condition is "new".  Your dollhouse family needs to do some canning this summer, don't you think?
